• Please send retainer with any random emoji’s only. Click/send as the “family and friends” option when prompted, to avoid a fee.

• Once sent, be sure to send me a screenshot or just let me know it’s done.. This way your retainer is applied to your file for the appointment requested.

Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair! Avoid coming in with wet hair, or oil/product buildup. This is to give you the best results possible!

Our front door remains locked at all times. To avoid disrupting other stylists/clients, please DM me once you’ve parked , and I will let you know when I am ready for you.

RUNNING LATE?

If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know by sending a DM.
• After 10 minutes, there will be a $15 late fee added to your total.
• After 15 minutes, we will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged the full service missed.
